Paul McBride – CPT, CrossFit Level 1 & Mobility Trainer, Reebok ONE Instructor, TRX Trainer

Paul has been in the fitness industry since 2010 starting as a CPT and TRX trainer in Fishers, IN and transitioned to a CrossFit coach in 2012. Since he has been using his experience to train high school athletes in strength and conditioning programs as well as help non traditional athletes achieve their personal health and fitness goals. His functional fitness approach prepares for success through speed, endurance, power and flexibility driven training.

 

Hannah Swim - CPT

"I have worked in the fitness industry since 2007 and have acquired training and management experience in commercial and privately owned gyms. My training styles have evolved throughout the years from being a collegiate athlete to bodybuilding and powerlifting, but always felt like something was missing. In 2013 everything changed when Paul McBride introduced me to the wonderful world of CrossFit and I felt like I had found my calling.
As a mother of 2 and another on the way I understand and appreciate the challenge of CrossFit. Anyone can do CrossFit, it is designed for all fitness levels and I'm very excited to introduce and coach you to your health and fitness goals."
